Website and Member Portal for Cumberland Valley Rising
Project Overview
CVR is a grassroots organization that rallies like-minded voters in Central Pennsylvania to participate in the process of progressive social change.
We began the project by interviewing key stakeholders in the organization, conducting a competitive review researching other grassroots organizations and rethinking the entire website content and site structure from the ground up. Business requirements included the website design having a modern-looking, responsive, branded look to replace their generic Google Site. They also wanted to post news and information to the public yet have the ability for committee members to share private documents and meeting minutes.
The website also accepts online donations, allows new members to join the group, and integrates Google calendar to broadcast events.
