Branding Beacon Clinic for Health and Hope

Project Overview

Beacon Clinic is a free faith-based primary healthcare clinic that serves Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties. They are unique medical providers who are culturally competent and offer their services free of charge to uninsured and underserved adults. They wanted to replace their logo with something meaningful to what the organization does and relatable to the the people they serve. The logo would be used on signage, shirts, and other marketing and development purposes.

Even though the clinic is housed in a church’s annex they wanted to keep the logo secular and inclusive. They did not want the logo to be so literal by using a beacon or lighthouse in the design. We landed on the concept of a brand new day brings hope and inspiration which is exactly what the clinic delivers. The geometric sunrise is easily recognized by across all cultures and stands out from other local medical providers.
