Strategic Consulting Partners (SCP) engaged Christman Consulting to help increase their business through a medium that could easily be distributed electronically or in print. They wanted the flexibility of attaching the marketing piece to an email, having it as a handout at a tradeshow or conference or to be included with a proposal.
As a full-scope a management consulting firm, SCP needed to convey the breadth and depth of their services, and they wanted them tailored to the prospect’s organization. This piece needed to be more than a one-size-fits-all brochure. In the federal space, where SCP has many clients and wanted to pursue more, the government agencies expect contractors to furnish a one-page capabilities statement that includes the CAGE code and other relative contracting information.
We knew we needed to capitalize on SCP’s experience, credentials, new brand and make a high impact. We started with the concept of a branded template and a that could be repurposed and a style guide to direct future looks of these one-pagers. After creating a header design that would be seen on all the one-pagers, we transformed the design into a Word document that can easily be updated by non-designer. We crafted key messages aimed to build trust, confidence and encourage engagement with SCP. We certainly think this one-pager program has set SCP apart from other small businesses as SCP continues to be on Central Penn Business Journal’s fast growing companies list year after year.
